2012 Community Health Assessment

Moffitt Cancer Center is conducting its 2012 Community Health Assessment. This community health assessment will include a community profile created from available social, economic and health data as well as the stories and perceptions of individuals like YOU who live and work in Sarasota County.

Moffitt is interested in your thoughts and perceptions on your community’s health needs, cancer, and programs and services available in the community. Light refreshments will be served and all participants will receive a $25 stipend as a thank you for the time spent in the discussion group.

Participation is limited to 15 people.
